1. What is Victory Christian Centre all about?

Victory Christian Centre is a non-denominational Christian centre where people of all races, ages, class, denomination and background are welcomed in their search for a deeper spiritual experience in Christianity. We beleive that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has same power to set people free from sickness, sin, disease and poverty into a life of abundant blessings.

2. What happens at a Victory Meeting?

Every meeting at Victory begins with lively Gospel music where people can express their gratitude to the Lord. We then enter into a time of quieter worship where the Holy Spirit can minister to us as we reflect on God's awesome presence in our lives.

Following the praise and worship, a short, relevant message from the Bible is given.  The purpose of this message is to encourage and strengthen our faith in God. Hearing the God's Word explained from the Bible helps us understand God's will for our lives in a greater way.

The meeting ends with tea, coffee and light refreshments. People are given an opportunity to support the work of the Centre on a free-will, no obligation basis. You can also request prayer for healing and other needs where we will trust God with you for your needs to be met.

3. How long does a Victory Meeting last?

We strive to keep our meetings to 1.5 hours long. However, if we have a special event or guest speaker, the meetings can run a little longer. However people are free to leave if they have pressing issues in the event the meeting becomes extended.

4. Do you have to join or become a member of Victory in order to attend?

No. There is no membership or joining. You are free to attend as little or as much as you want. People generally find their faith grows stronger the more frequently they attend, but this is left up to the individual to  prayerfully decide for themselves.

5. Is Victory part of a national or international network of similar organisations?

No. Victory is completely independent of other organisations even though we may share a similar name to some of them. Our pastors are Irish and local to the Kilkenny area and Victory is operated as a registered, legal Charity which complies with the regulations of the Revenue Commissioners.
